1994 to present – SWARTZ LAW OFFICES, principal attorney: litigation of cases from inception to final resolution, including trials, verdicts and appeals, and specializing in defense of cases involving alleged product liability, elevator accidents, construction site accidents and other insurance defense matters involving building collapse, explosions, fires, floods and other forms of personal injury and property damage.
1978 to 1994 – Bower & Gardner, New York City (attaining partner status as of 1984): litigation of product liability matters, industrial and major vehicular accidents, construction, fire, explosion, flood, building collapses, highway design, toxic tort, environmental, international tort claims and insurance.
1975 to 1978 – New York State Court of Appeals: Appeals Clerk and Confidential Clerk responsible for independent research, substantive reports and administrative responsibilities.
